A boutique hosiery store in Lakewood is looking for a responsible, personable, and organized Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store. This is a hands-on position in a smaller retail environment. The Store Manager will work directly with customers while also managing staff, inventory, and the overall organization of the store. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the store Provide friendly and helpful customer service Manage and schedule store employees Train and oversee staff Make sure the store is organized, stocked, and presentable Monitor inventory and coordinate restocking Handle customer questions and concerns Oversee opening and closing procedures Handle basic administrative and operational responsibilities Ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently each day Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, or management experience preferred Responsible and dependable Warm and personable with strong customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable managing and directing staff Able to take ownership and handle day-to-day issues independently Familiarity with hosiery/fashion retail is a plus but not required Ideal Candidate: Someone mature, capable, and hands-on who enjoys working with customers and can take responsibility for keeping a small boutique running smoothly.
