As a Social Work/Care Companion, you will play a vital role in ensuring the emotional support and social connection of our residents in skilled nursing facilities.About the Role:As a part-time Social Work/Care Companion, you will visit designated facilities, conduct assessments, and implement short-term, solution-focused therapy and supportive interventions to address immediate concerns.
