Social Work/Care CompanionJob Title: Social Work/Care CompanionLocation: Shippensburg, PACompany: Carease Health - PAJob Type: PART_TIMEAbout the Role:Carease Health - PA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Provider to join our Collaborative Care team. As a Social Work/Care Companion, you will provide emotional support, brief therapeutic interventions, and mental health assessments to residents in skilled nursing facilities.
