ECS Pooled Trust is a growing Brooklyn company looking for a warm, reliable Customer Service Representative. You'll help our clients and their families with whatever they need once their account is set up. What you'll do: - Be the friendly voice our clients and their families count on, by phone and email - Help them with their bills, their card, and their account - Enter client bills into our system and order client cards - Keep their account details up to date - Follow up so no one is left waiting for an answer - Keep things organized behind the scenes (admin and data entry) What we're looking for: - Punctual, reliable and organized - Detail-oriented - Personable, with a warm phone manner - Comfortable on a computer - Office experience is a plus; bilingual is a plus - We're happy to train the right person Pay & schedule: - $50K/year - Mon-Thu 9-5, Fri 9-12 (35 hrs/week) - Paid time off + paid Yom Tov - Full-time, on-site in a small, calm office To apply, email a resume to (contact details on the original listing).
