What You'll Do In this role, you will: Develop and execute a multi-year technology roadmap aligned with organizational goals and growth priorities. Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on technology investments, infrastructure modernization, digital innovation, and technology risk. Lead the organization's cybersecurity program, security governance practices, and compliance efforts across applicable regulatory frameworks. Oversee cloud services, infrastructure, networks, endpoint management, business applications, and critical technology platforms. Partner with business leaders to identify and implement AI and automation solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, and decision-making. Direct technology projects, system integrations, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives. Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and strategic technology partnerships. Lead, coach, and develop the technology team while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, accountability, and customer service.
