The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for running the entire day-to-day operations of the company, working directly with ownership to shoulder major operational responsibilities and manage core departments. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee comprehensive daily business operations across warehouse operations, A/R, A/P, supply chain, logistics, customer service, and HR. - Step into executive leadership to handle daily operations, taking over duties from the owner (excluding business development, client relationships, and finance). - Lead and manage full-time office and warehouse personnel of 120 employees to ensure accountability and organizational efficiency. - Implement systems, streamline operational workflows, and optimize supply chain processes.
