The Judy Gordon Early Learning Center at Temple Israel of Natick has a wonderful opportunity to join our ELC's Leadership Team as an Assistant Director.We are a warm and nurturing center meeting the needs of children and families. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young children, our familes and our staff and will align with our progessive approach to helping children grow and learn , be able to collaborate with all stakeholders , use a reflective supervision model and have excellent communication skills, marketing ideas, good organization, be familair with the MA Department of Early Education and Care regulations and licensing reqirements and above all be a team player and visionary leader.
