Their e-commerce and wholesale business is growing fast, and they want the systems behind it to keep up.About the roleWe are looking for an AI Automation + Systems Integration Specialist to work in-house in Brooklyn. You will connect the company's business software, automate manual reporting, and give leadership a clear view of sales trends. The company already works with an outside consultant. You will be the person who makes that consultation fruitful: you take the consultant's recommendations and turn them into working systems.What you will doWork with the outside consultant and leadership, and turn recommendations into working processes and systemsImprove and streamline existing processes and systems across sales, inventory, orders and financeConnect business software and data sources so information flows without manual entryAutomate manual reporting and build dashboards that show sales trends clearlyUse AI tools and automation platforms to remove repetitive workDocument what you build and train the team to use itWhat we are looking forAbout 3+ years in systems integration, business systems, automation or operations technologyHands-on experience connecting software through APIs and automation tools (for example Zapier, Make, scripting) and working with CRM, ERP, e-commerce or accounting platformsStrong reporting and dashboard skillsComfortable taking direction from a consultant and owning the implementationA practical problem solver who improves processes without being askedDetailsFull-time, in-house in Brooklyn, NYSalary: $80K - $120K per year
