Company Overview

ECS Pooled Trust is a growing Brooklyn company looking for a warm, reliable Customer Service Representative. You'll help our clients and their families with whatever they need once their account is set up.

What you'll do:

• Be the friendly voice our clients and their families count on, by phone and email

• Help them with their bills, their card, and their account

• Enter client bills into our system and order client cards

• Keep their account details up to date

• Follow up so no one is left waiting for an answer

• Keep things organized behind the scenes (admin and data entry)

Requirements

• Punctual, reliable and organized
• Detail-oriented
• Personable, with a warm phone manner
• Comfortable on a computer
• Office experience is a plus; bilingual is a plus
• We're happy to train the right person
• Pay & Schedule:
• 50K/year
• Mon-Thu 9-5, Fri 9-12 (35 hrs/week)
• Paid time off + paid Yom Tov
• Full-time, on-site in a small, calm office
