A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Revenue Cycle Finance Liaison to bridge the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Finance/Accounting teams. The role includes reconciling cash transactions, reviewing revenue and adjustments, investigating discrepancies, validating payer postings, supporting month-end close, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
At least 2 years of Revenue Cycle Management experience is required, preferably within Skilled Nursing, Long-Term Care, or healthcare.
Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, Commercial Insurance, cash posting, revenue adjustments, and AR reconciliation is essential.
