Sharon and Knollwood Memorial Parks seek a Visitor Services Representative to be the first point of contact for families and visitors, offering compassion, sensitivity, and professionalism in every interaction. The role reports to the Visitor Services Manager.
Responsibilities: • Welcome visitors, answer questions, and locate grave sites using the interment database • Meet incoming funerals, verify permits and paperwork, and escort processions to the grave • Help direct cemetery traffic for funerals, services, and special events • Prepare the daily interment and unveiling board and marketing/unveiling packets • Handle administrative work, including mailings, phones, and data entry
