Company Overview ECS Pooled Trust is a growing Brooklyn company looking for a warm, reliable Customer Service Representative. You'll help our clients and their families with whatever they need once their account is set up. What you'll do: Be the friendly voice our clients and their families count on, by phone and email Help them with their bills, their card, and their account Enter client bills into our system and order client cards Keep their account details up to date Follow up so no one is left waiting for an answer Keep things organized behind the scenes (admin and data entry) What we're looking for: Punctual, reliable and organized Detail-oriented Personable, with a warm phone manner Comfortable on a computer Office experience is a plus; bilingual is a plus We're happy to train the right person Pay & Schedule: 50K/year Mon-Thu 9-5, Fri 9-12 (35 hrs/week) Paid time off + paid Yom Tov Full-time, on-site in a small, calm office
