Oversee all night shift production operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency goals are achieved Lead, coach, and develop production supervisors and hourly team members Monitor production schedules and workflow to meet customer deadlines and production targets Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and company procedures Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and operating costs Partner with maintenance, quality, and operations teams to resolve production issues quickly and effectively Track production metrics and prepare shift performance reports Support staffing, training, employee engagement, and performance management initiatives
