MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR Brooklyn, NY $120,000 – $135,000 Seeking an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee building operations, maintenance staff, safety, and regulatory compliance at a skilled nursing facility.

Requirements

3–5 years of maintenance leadership experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting
Knowledge of Life Safety Code and skilled nursing facility regulations
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
F-01 certification preferred, or ability to obtain
Available for on-call emergencies as needed
