Director of HR Operations Toms River, NJ | $90,000–$150,000 | Full-Time, In-Office A growing ABA company is seeking a hands-on Director of HR Operations to oversee day-to-day HR functions across multiple states. This role will focus on building consistent processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring accountability across HR operations. Responsibilities • Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records. • Manage and support HR staff, the Office Manager, and recruiting operations. • Oversee HRIS platforms and employee-related workflows. • Improve HR processes, systems, and operational efficiency. • Handle routine employee relations matters. • Establish consistent procedures and accountability across multiple states.
