CLAP Academy is seeking an experienced Assistant Principal to support educational programming, staff supervision, and day-to-day school operations.

Responsibilities: • Supervising and coaching classroom staff

• Conducting classroom observations

• Supporting scheduling and school operations

• Participating in DOE hearings, IEP meetings, and annual reviews

• Working closely with the Principal to ensure strong educational programming and smooth operations

Requirements

Master's Degree in Education or Special Education
Valid educational certification
