Duties
Create a safe, welcoming classroom where children can explore, create, and learn through play.
Keep daily classroom routines running smoothly.
Share updates with families about children’s progress, behavior, and classroom events.
Requirements
Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting. Preschool or daycare experience is a great plus.
Knowledge of child development and early childhood education practices.
Enthusiasm of Jewish customs and holidays.
Strong communication skills to work well with colleagues and families.
First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Ability to work well with a team and bring patience, enthusiasm, and flexibility.
A compassionate, optimistic, and empathetic approach.
Physical requirements: You can lift children, have good stamina, and keep up with them throughout the day.
