Job Overview A large, multi-site healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Onboarding & Credentialing Specialist to oversee the onboarding, credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment process for physicians and advanced practice providers. This role is critical to ensuring providers are fully credentialed, compliant, and able to begin seeing patients without delays. Responsibilities Oversee the onboarding process for new providers Manage the credentialing and recredentialing processes Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Facilitate payer enrollment for providers Requirements Hands-on provider credentialing experience Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment Experience working in a multi-provider healthcare organization
