We're an early-stage startup building a revolutionary product designed specifically for the frum market, and we're looking for a founding leader to help bring it to life from the ground up. You'll partner directly with investors and key stakeholders to shape and document the product vision, then translate that vision into a clear roadmap and working product. This is a hands-on role for someone who can own delivery, work with the development team, and make sure what ships is tested, validated, and truly serves the community.Requirements:Work with investors and stakeholders to define and maintain the product vision documentTurn the vision into a clear roadmap, specs, and prioritized requirementsDelegate and manage work across developers, in-house or contractOversee QA, testing, and validation to make sure releases meet requirementsRun user feedback and market validation with the frum communityStrong background in software development or technical product leadershipProven experience taking a product from concept to launch, ideally at a startupExcellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersUnderstanding of the frum community and its needs strongly preferredComfortable with ambiguity, fast pace, and wearing many hats
