Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish)We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and results-driven Bilingual Recruiter to join our growing staffing agency.This is a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting role focused on warehouse, construction, service, and other blue-collar industries.The ideal candidate must have proven recruiting experience, strong interviewing and people-assessment skills, and the ability to manage multiple job openings while consistently delivering qualified candidates and successful placements.We are looking for a recruiter who can work independently and hit the ground running with minimal training.Key Responsibilities- Write and post effective job advertisements that attract the right candidates.- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate applicants.- Assess candidates' experience, reliability, communication skills, and suitability for each position.- Recognize potential red flags and make sound hiring recommendations.- Manage a high-volume recruiting pipeline with multiple active job openings.- Keep the recruiting process moving quickly through consistent follow-ups and effective prioritization.- Conduct reference checks and coordinate interviews with clients.- Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting progress.- Utilize recruiting software, AI tools, and job boards effectively.- Coordinate onboarding and required documentation.- Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.Qualifications- Previous recruiting experience.- Fluent in English and Spanish.- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruiting and consistently fill multiple positions.- Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.- Excellent judgment and ability to assess candidate reliability and job suitability.- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong time management and ability to prioritize urgent openings.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Proficiency with recruiting platforms and ability to quickly learn new systems.- Self-motivated, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.What We're Looking ForWe need more than someone who posts jobs and schedules interviews.We're looking for a skilled recruiter who understands people, knows how to attract the right applicants, makes smart hiring decisions, and can keep up with a demanding, high-volume recruiting pipeline without sacrificing quality.If you are an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in consistently delivering results, we encourage you to apply.
