Mockins is a growing automotive e-commerce brand seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and improve our products. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes initiative, and brings a practical, hands-on approach to engineering challenges.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop products from concept through production
- Create CAD models, technical drawings, and specifications
- Lead prototyping, testing, and failure analysis; implement corrective actions
- Ensure product safety, durability, quality, and manufacturability
- Collaborate with manufacturers and internal teams
Requirements
Degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent relevant mechanical design experience
Proficiency in CAD software and engineering simulation tools
Strong understanding of materials, mechanics, and manufacturing processes
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proactive, organized, and self-motivated
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Location : Crown Heights (in-office, full time)
