Fishkill Assisted Living is seeking an experienced, motivated, and hands-on Food Service Director to oversee our dining and dietary operations. We are looking for a strong leader who is passionate about providing quality meals, maintaining high standards, and creating an enjoyable dining experience for our residents. Key Responsibilities * Oversee daily kitchen and dining operations. * Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff. * Ensure meals are nutritious, appealing, and meet residents’ dietary needs. * Maintain compliance with NYS Department of Health regulations and food safety standards. * Manage food purchasing, inventory, and department budgets. * Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen. * Work closely with administration and other departments to ensure resident satisfaction.
