Job Overview

Chayenu is hiring a Customer Support Manager. This is a remote position with 30 hours per week to start, working weekdays between 9:30 AM and 5:30 PM ET.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to our users.

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.

• Document customer interactions and feedback.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in customer support or related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer support software is a plus.
