*Job Title:* VP of Finance *Location:* Five Towns *Salary:* $150K–$250K base + bonus (based on experience) *Description:* Join a fast-growing ABA therapy company as its first senior finance leader, reporting directly to the CEO. This newly created role owns the company's finances end-to-end — cash, capital, collections, and cost — and will build out the finance function as the business scales to the next level. *Responsibilities:* - Oversee revenue cycle and AR collections, including direct oversight of the VP of Revenue Cycle Management - Drive margin expansion through budgeting, cost control, and identifying over- and under-spending - Manage bank relationships, debt facilities, lease negotiations, and purchase agreements - Oversee payroll, AP, bookkeeping, taxes, and the raise process - Deliver financial reporting and strategy to the CEO and build out checks, balances, and financial compliance - Build and lead a finance team as the department grows *Qualifications:* - Healthcare finance background required; ABA or behavioral health strongly preferred - Hands-on experience with AR, collections, and revenue cycle in an AR-driven business - Senior candidates should have CFO or finance leadership experience, with a track record of leading and owning financial decisions - A builder, not just a maintainer — able to take full ownership with minimal direction
