Commercial Project Manager (HVAC)

About the role

An established HVAC contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own multiple commercial projects in Lakewood and surrounding areas, from contract through closeout. We’re looking for a strong leader who delegates effectively, holds crews accountable, and steps in when needed to keep jobs on schedule and profitable. Full-time position with very generous pay for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple commercial projects and crews

• Read plans, organize work, and identify issues early

• Coordinate crews, GCs, suppliers, and other trades

• Manage schedules, materials, budgets, and change orders

• Resolve problems and follow through to completion

Requirements

• 4+ years managing commercial construction projects
• Proven ability to oversee multiple jobs and crews
• Strong plan-reading, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proactive, dependable, and accountable for results
• Preferred: HVAC or mechanical experience, particularly as a PM for a trade subcontractor.
