• Sales Management: Lead and manage the sales team, establish targets, and drive performance.

• Operations: Oversee daily business operations, improve efficiency, and streamline processes.

• Sourcing: Identify suppliers, negotiate pricing, and optimize purchasing and product sourcing.

• Problem Solving: Identify operational challenges, implement solutions, and improve business performance.

• Strategic Leadership: Work closely with ownership to develop and execute long-term growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in wholesale, distribution, importing, or a related industry.
• Strong background in sales management, revenue growth, and business operations.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead teams, take ownership, and deliver measurable results.
