Customer Service Manager Location: New Jersey Salary: $150K+ DOE Position Overview Looking for a strong, people-oriented Customer Service Manager to oversee a team of approximately six employees, along with a team in the Dominican Republic responsible for data entry and customer service. Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop the customer service teams.

• Work closely with inside and outside sales representatives.

• Oversee account management functions, including reporting, discounts, scheduling, and customer service.

• Ensure smooth communication and coordination between teams.

• Improve processes, efficiency, and overall customer service.

Requirements

• Experience managing customer service or account management teams.
• Experience working with both inside and outside sales teams.
• Strong people skills, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage teams across multiple locations.
