Field Manager | Brooklyn & Queens, NYC · $65,000–$80,000 About the Role A growing real estate management company is looking for a hands-on Field Manager to serve as the Property Manager’s right-hand person across a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties throughout Brooklyn and Queens. It’s a role for someone organized and proactive who’s comfortable walking buildings, identifying issues, and following through to make sure properties are properly maintained. Key Responsibilities Regularly visit and walk buildings throughout the Brooklyn and Queens portfolio Verify building conditions, maintenance work, and overall property upkeep Identify violations, maintenance issues, and areas requiring attention Follow up on outstanding issues to ensure they are resolved promptly Help implement plans to stabilize properties and reduce violation counts Report findings and updates directly to the Property Manager Coordinate with relevant personnel and vendors to ensure building issues are addressed Serve as the Property Manager’s on-the-ground support across the portfolio Compensation Salary of $65,000–$80,000 Interested?
