**The Efshar Project | Denver, Colorado | Hybrid | Full-time**
**Reports to:** Executive Director
**Salary:** $62,000–$68,000 annually
**About The Efshar Project**
The Efshar Project strengthens Jewish early childhood education in Colorado by supporting educators, improving program quality, and expanding access for families. We work alongside programs and community partners to build a thriving, sustainable network and share what we learn with communities across the United States.
With an annual budget of approximately $850,000 and a small, collaborative team, we connect direct support for educators and programs with opportunities for broader community impact.
**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an organized, resourceful operations professional who enjoys building clear systems, coordinating work across people and projects, improving processes, and helping a small organization operate with greater clarity and consistency.
The **Manager of Operations and Systems** will establish and maintain Efshar’s operating model: the systems, processes, tools, and regular routines that turn organizational priorities into coordinated execution, keep work moving, make progress visible, and bring timely information and decisions to leadership.

- Who owns each piece of work?
