About this event
Join Rowan University faculty members Denis DiBlasio and Behn Gillece for an intimate afternoon of live jazz featuring classic standards and swing.
DiBlasio spent five years on the road as Maynard Ferguson’s musical director. He brings his baritone saxophone and flute to the Academy’s historic classroom, joined by vibraphonist Behn Gillece, a fellow member of Rowan University’s jazz faculty whom DownBeat named a Rising Star vibraphonist in 2018.
