Your Yoga is offered Mondays and Wednesdays at 10 am. The practice is led by Wendy Lantis, E-RYT, who has been teaching for 20+ years. This light-hearted, accessible practice is open to everyone. Modifications are offered to make the practice fit your own individual needs each time you come to the mat. Please bring your own yoga mat and a small blanket to sit on and use under your knees. A few blankets and blocks available, but always a good idea to bring any props you may need to make your practice more comfortable. Please introduce yourself upon arrival and fill out a waiver before setting up for class. Please refrain from wearing fragrances and put your cell phone on silent if you must br
