Hustlin' Hellbender 5K Road Race in Laurel Community

Join us at the Laurel Community Center for our first-ever Fall 5K Road Race. For the past 5 years we have had a 5K Road Race in conjunction with our annual 4th of July Freedom Festival, but it made for a very hot and long day. Many have requested a Fall race instead, so here it is - th Hustlin' Hellbender 5k Road Race! As in the past, racers will arrive in the parking lot of the Laurel Community Center between 8:15 and 8:30 AM on Saturday, October 17th, 2026 to get signed in and shuttled to the starting point. The race will begin on Hickey's Fork Road and will end in the Laurel Community Center parking lot. The race will start at 9 AM. Race fee is $30 without a T-shirt and $45 with a T-shirt
